How it works

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. To start a return, simply email us at lunelasupplement@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The name used on the order
• A short note that you'd like a refund

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and the return address (please do not send anything back before receiving these details — returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed).

Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item(s), we'll approve your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

What you should know

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
• If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at lunelasupplement@gmail.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
• Refunds apply to the product price. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
